Provence at Firewheel is a family oriented community in Garland, Texas in Dallas County. The neighborhood includes homes around a 6 acre common area & pond with a total of 268 lots.

 

The Homeowners Association governs and maintains the business affairs and common property that contribute to the overall ambience and property values in Provence at Firewheel. Membership ($360 per year) in the Association is mandatory for residents of the specified area and is detailed in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Provence at Firewheel. Each homeowner is provided with a copy of these documents along with the Association by-laws. The Association is governed by a Board of Directors which is elected by the homeowners.

 

Provence at Firewheel is located near the George Bush Freeway (Highway 190) and the Firewheel Town Center. Nearby attractions and conveniences include super markets, restaurants, shopping, Hawaiian Falls Waterpark, a movie theater, schools and parks.

 

The Association is managed by Excel, a management company specializing in homeowner associations.
