Provence at Firewheel is a family oriented community in Garland, Texas in Dallas County. The neighborhood includes homes around a 6 acre common area & pond with a total of 268 lots.
The Homeowners Association governs and maintains the business affairs and common property that contribute to the overall ambience and property values in Provence at Firewheel. Membership ($390 per year) in the Association is mandatory for residents of the specified area and is detailed in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Provence at Firewheel. Each homeowner is provided with a copy of these documents along with the Association by-laws. The Association is governed by a Board of Directors which is elected by the homeowners.
Provence at Firewheel is located near the George Bush Freeway (Highway 190) and the Firewheel Town Center. Nearby attractions and conveniences include super markets, restaurants, shopping, Hawaiian Falls Waterpark, a movie theater, schools and parks.
The Association is managed by Excel, a management company specializing in homeowner associations. Contact information and a link to their website is under "Links" on the menu bar to the left. Title Companies can also get a Resale Certificate by going to Excel"s website and clicking on "Resale Request".

New Stage Water Restrictions
Drought Changes
Effective May 2, 2012
On May 1, 2012, Garland City Council decided to implement its Stage 2 Water Restrictions. Garland residents and businesses will be allowed to water their lawns twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Lawn watering with sprinklers is not allowed between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Watering with a hand-held hose, soaker hose or drip irrigation is allowed at any time.
